In these uncertain economic times, we feel it is important that you understand the current health of your credit union. * We have seen a slowdown in lending to our membership. Not because we don't have the assets to lend, but because our members buying habits have become more conservative and cautious. Car purchases have slowed, even with the high fuel costs.
* We do NOT invest in mortgage backed securities or risky stock market "deals".
